Update 0.2.0: Better & deadlier

Change list:

• I added a Game menu where you can exit or restart the game.
• The player no longer becomes bald after they lose their armour.
• Chests don't oversupply cards to the player if the player's hand is full
• The few starting islands now have a higher chance to spawn enemies.
• The overall chance of an enemy being spawned has gone up overall
