0.0.10: Bugfixes for all!

Greetings
This is the list of changes in  0.0.10  update:

• Reduced speed provided by equipping boots
• Fixed a tree chopping bug where the tree
• Crafting a bug fix on the client
• Fixed client drinking from an empty water source
• The client was able to add infinite resources to a building 
• The client wasn't able to select the resources a building will consume
• Going away from a building disabled the mouse
• Added no water SFX
• Client money wasn't updated
• Fixed defeat window
